Sophie has worked in market research for over 34 years and has experienced all facets of the industry. She has interviewed, supervised and managed a CATI room, and also worked for several years as a Research Project Manager before finding her niche back in field operations.
She is driven by managing face-to-face fieldwork and CATI teams for projects large and small with an emphasis on quality assurance and ensuring she has the right teams trained and briefed.
When she is not strategising how to best complete a client project, Sophie dreams about the next destination she will travel to and spends her spare time planning for and taking trips both around Australia and overseas.
